Choose a meeting point the driver can find
A desert safari pickup may be from a hotel lobby, a residence entrance or another agreed point. The right place depends on your exact location and package. Ask the booking team to confirm the meeting point before the trip.
What location details should you send?
Share the full hotel or building name, the area and a clear entrance. Large buildings can have several gates or parking areas, so a street name alone may not help. If the team asks for a map pin, send it through the booking channel and repeat the landmark in a short message.
For a private home, agree on a public entrance or safe waiting point. Do not assume the driver can enter a gated community or stop at any road. Ask whether the address is covered and whether you should meet at a nearby landmark.
On the day
Keep your phone on and be ready during the confirmed pickup window. Keep the booking message easy to find. If you are not sure which entrance to use, ask before the driver is on the way.
Tell the booking team if the pickup address changes. A new hotel or meeting point can change the route, time or availability.
Confirm the return point too
Ask whether drop-off is at the same hotel or at a nearby point. If you have another plan after the safari, leave extra time for the drive back and traffic.
