Package-specific terms
Cancellation and change windows depend on the selected operator, package, date, group size and any custom setup. Ask for the written terms attached to your quote before making payment.
Date changes
A requested date change is subject to availability and may change the price. It is not effective until confirmed in writing.
Late arrival and no-show
Missing the confirmed pickup time can be treated as a no-show because shared transfers and timed activities cannot always wait. Contact the booking desk immediately if delayed.
Weather or operational cancellation
If an operating team cancels for safety or operational reasons, the available remedy will be communicated under that booking’s written terms.
Refund timing
