This desert safari website is operated by Friends Guide Travel & Tourism LLC, Dubai, UAE. References to “we”, “us”, the “booking desk” or this “website” relate to that business and its desert safari booking service.
Booking status
Adding a package to the cart or sending a WhatsApp request does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after the booking desk states availability, final price, pickup details, inclusions and payment status in writing.
Prices and descriptions
Website prices are starting rates in AED and can change with date, availability, transfer zone, group composition and optional activities. The written confirmation takes priority over general website content.
Guest information
Guests must provide accurate names, ages, contact details, pickup location and relevant health or mobility information. Activity restrictions may apply.
Operations and changes
Weather, traffic, local guidance, safety conditions and camp operations can change timing, routes or entertainment. A suitable substitute may be offered when practical.
Conduct and safety
Guests must follow driver, guide and activity-safety instructions. Unsafe, abusive or unlawful conduct may result in refusal of service without completion of the activity.
Contact
Questions can be sent to friendsguidetravels@gmail.com, discussed through the contact page, or directed to the official Friends Guide Travels website.
